Dry skin: Causes and treatment

Have you noticed that over time the heels tend to crack? Well, if our feet are dry, it’s convenient to moisturize them soon. In this article, you will learn about the causes, symptoms, and treatment of dry skin in a quick and simple way!

Your feet's skin
The skin is a barrier that protects us against external micro-organisms by preventing their entry. For this reason, it’s important to keep it moisturized and protected to maintain its elasticity.

What are cracked heels?
Cracked heels are an alteration of the dermis that occurs when the foot skin is so dry and hard that it begins to tear or fracture perpendicularly.

What causes dry, cracked skin on feet?
Due to this lack of moisture and elasticity in the skin, cracks appear and can be accompanied by pain and sometimes even bleeding. Many times this is caused by the prolonged use of shoes that are too rigid, lack of attention or even by not wearing shoes, among other reasons.

Symptoms
- Peeling skin.
- Itchiness.
- Redness.
- Roughness and cracks, in extreme cases.

How to take care of cracked heels?
It’s time to soothe cracked, rough, scaly, and extremely dry skin with an effective ultra-hydration solution.

Imperial Feet's classic urea-based foot cream succeeds in moisturizing feet in record time. Its advanced combination of Urea, Nitrogen, Lactic Acid, and Glycerin prevents dryness leaving your skin moisturized and incredibly smooth. Regardless of the cause, Urea Foot Balm is an excellent way for healing dry, cracked feet.

Our fast-absorbing balm also stimulates cell renewal, calms itchiness, and provides anti-oxidative, anti-microbial, and anti-inflammatory properties. It is easy to use! Wash your feet and dry them carefully and apply 1 to 2 times a day with soft massages on concerned areas.

With Imperial Feet's Urea Foot Balm you will eliminate the roughness, thickening of the heel and foot sole, leaving it totally hydrated and recovered. Our product is very suitable for people with diabetes and also for people who suffer from psoriasis.
