Kiefernnadelöl
Kiefernnadelöl sorgt für eine bessere Durchblutung und wirkt entzündungshemmend. Daher wird die Latschenkiefer bei Durchblutungsstörungen, rheumatischen Beschwerden und Muskelschmerzen eingesetzt.

Lavendel wird am häufigsten zur Behandlung aller Arten von Hautproblemen verwendet. Er wirkt desinfizierend und gegen Pilze. Und außerdem riecht es fantastisch!
Wie benutzt man
Geben Sie nach der Badezubereitung 5 Tropfen des Öls in das Badewasser. Trocknen Sie sich nach einer Einwirkzeit von ca. 10 – 15 Minuten gründlich ab und tragen Sie eine gute Feuchtigkeitscreme auf, beispielsweise den Imperial Feet Fußbalsam Ihrer Wahl.
