What Causes Callus?
Callus is caused by repeated friction, pressure, or irritation on the skin. This triggers the skin to thicken and harden as a protective response. Calluses and hardened skin don't just look rough, they can also cause discomfort when walking or standing for long hours.

What It Does
Stainless Steel Foot File (dual-sided: coarse + fine)
The coarse side removes thick, hardened callus and dead skin. The fine side smooths and polishes to a soft finish. High-grade stainless steel, autoclavable, rust-resistant, and built to last for years. Lightweight ergonomic design for comfortable use.
Urea Foot Balm 150ml / 5.07 fl oz
Applied after filing. The 10% Urea formula deeply moisturises freshly exfoliated skin AND continues gently exfoliating over time, preventing new callus from building up. Contains Lactic Acid (AHA for cell renewal) and Piroctone Olamine (antifungal and antibacterial protection).
Note: This kit does not include the Callus Softener Spray. If you want to add a chemical softener as a pre-filing step, the Callus Softener Spray is available separately or choose the Premium Callus Repair Kit XL which includes all three products.
Why Urea Foot Balm + Stainless Steel Foot File Work Better Together
Imperial Feet's Stainless Steel Foot File is designed for optimal performance and long-lasting use. Its dual-sided surface offers both coarse and fine options for gentle exfoliation and smoothing. Lightweight yet sturdy, the ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip and precise control. It's perfect for pairing with Imperial Feet Callus Softener or Foot Soak to achieve salon-quality callus removal at home.
Urea is a powerful, dermatologically approved ingredient known for its ability to deeply moisturize and exfoliate the skin. It helps break down dry, rough, and thickened areas, making it ideal for treating cracked heels, calluses, and dehydrated feet. Urea also enhances the skin's ability to retain moisture, leaving it soft, smooth, and healthy-looking. The Urea Foot Balm also contains Lactic Acid for enhanced skin cell renewal and Piroctone Olamine. An antifungal and antibacterial active that protects freshly exfoliated skin from fungal colonisation.
Together, they form a highly effective routine that transforms rough, tired feet into smooth, nourished, and comfortable ones you'll be proud to show off.

How to Use the Callus Cure Kit
Soften the Skin
Soak feet in warm water or use after a shower to soften skin. Or use Imperial Feet Callus Softener.
Use the Coarse Side
Use the coarse side to gently remove thick calluses or rough skin.
Smooth & Polish
Switch to the fine side to smooth and polish the skin.
Rinse the File
Rinse the file under warm water after use and allow it to air dry.
Apply Urea Foot Balm
For best results, use 1–2 times per week and follow with Urea Foot Balm.
