Does the trick. Having had mycosis for decades I invested in an electric pedicure set so that I could file my toenails properly. I filed them around three times a week initially, now it's less often. You need to keep at it with the oil, every day, twice a day. But as it's a totally natural product there will be no adverse reactions. It has taken me three years so far (!) but it's almost gone, and now I get compliments on my pretty toes! I will keep using this for nail health even when the treatment's over - there's no way I want it coming back!
