Provides a fresh feeling in your skin
The unique combination of rosemary, eucalyptus and pine tree oil makes our Foot Balm Blue special. Did you know that rosemary stimulates blood circulation? Plus, eucalyptus is a powerful antibacterial and can prevent certain injuries such as fungal infections and essential oils extracted from the pine needles provide anti-inflammatory effect.
When should the feet be moisturized?
Opposite to what we do on many occasions, our feet must be hydrated at night. It is quite common that we moisturize the rest of the body in the morning after showering, and it is correct for the rest of the skin, but not for our feet.
If we hydrate our feet in the morning and then put them inside a sock or shoe, the possible foot sweating may cause a humid environment that doesn't favor our foot health at all. For this reason, the best time to hydrate the feet is a few minutes before going to bed.
What's the best to moisturize the feet?
- Soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes. Fill a bucket with water and soak your foot to the ankle.
- Dry the skin very well and apply Imperial Feet’s Foot Balm Blue all over the feet and massage gently for 5 minutes to release muscle tension.
- Allow to absorb very well before going to bed.
