Foot Soak Description
Key ingredients
- Tea-Tree Oil
Tea tree oil is a natural antifungal ingredient often used in foot soaks to help combat fungal nails, athlete’s foot, mild fungal infections, and foot odor. Its active compounds, especially terpinen-4-ol, work by disrupting fungal cell membranes and slowing their growth. When added to warm water, it helps cleanse the skin, reduce itching and irritation, and support healthier feet. - Epsom Salt
Epsom Salt supports natural detoxification and muscle relaxation. It helps relieve tired, heavy feet and promotes a refreshed, lighter feeling after soaking.
How to Use Foot Soak
Fill a foot bath (or basin) with warm/hot water (enough to cover your feet). Dissolve about 1.5 tablespoons of the Foot Soak in approximately 1 gallon (~3.8 litres) of water.
Soak your feet for about 15-20 minutes.
After soaking, you can proceed with extra foot-care steps: e.g., gently remove softened dead skin or calluses, rinse and dry your feet well, then apply your foot balm or other treatments.
