  3. Soak your feet for about 15–20 minutes.
  4. After soaking, gently remove softened dead skin or calluses if needed.
  5. Rinse and dry your feet well, especially between each toe.

Step 2 Use the Stainless Steel Foot File to gently remove softened calluses, dead skin and hard heel areas.
Step 3 Rinse and dry well, being careful between each toe.
Step 4 Use Urea Foot Balm to remove moisture and soften thickened skin.
Step 5 In case of nail fungus, dry nails allow better penetration of Nail Mycosis Solution.

Pro Tip: If calluses are really tough or nails are extremely thick, use slightly hotter water, only as hot as you can comfortably stand, and soak for 20 minutes. Extra heat helps make skin and nails much softer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many uses does the 450g pack provide?

The 450g pack is used for around 55 to 65 soaks, using about 1.5 tablespoons (7-8g) per soak. With 2-3 soaks weekly, this equates to 4-8 months of regular use per pack.

What should I do after soaking?

Soaked skin and nails are the most receptive. While feet are still soft, use a Stainless Steel Foot File to gently remove dead skin and calluses. Rinse and dry between the toes. If the nails are affected by a fungal infection, apply Nail Mycosis Solution to them, or otherwise apply Urea Foot Balm to them to deeply moisturise.

Can I use this soak to soften calluses before using a foot file?

Yes, this is one of the best uses of it. Epsom Salt and Tea Tree in warm water for 15-20 minutes can make a world of difference in softening hard thickened skin and calluses. It is much easier and more effective to get rid of it immediately after soaking (when skin is soft) than to file dry skin.

Is this foot soak suitable for sensitive skin?

This formula contains natural essential oils, free from parabens, synthetic fragrances and chemicals. It is well tolerated by most people with sensitive skin. Try it on a small area if skintight. Do not use it if there are open wounds or broken skin on the feet.

How often should I use the anti-fungal foot soak?

For best results, use 2–3 times per week. For toenail fungus or for athletes foot, using the soak prior to applying the topical treatment really enhances the penetration of the topical into the nail and skin. In general care of the feet, for tiredness or softening of calluses once or twice a week will be enough.

Does this foot soak actually treat toenail fungus?

The soak features Tea Tree Oil, which has clinically-proven antifungal properties that removes the nail and skin around the nail. A foot soak alone, however, isn't enough to cure a fungal nail infection, as soaking doesn't get at the fungus located under the nail plate. Apply before Nail Mycosis Solution, which works in the nail bed where the infection resides, 2–3 times a week.

Can I use this soak if I have an athlete's foot?

Yes. The antibacterial and antifungal properties of the Tea Tree Oil, Eucalyptus, and Peppermint help to clear away infected skin, relieve itching and irritation, and aid in healing. Soak 15-20 minutes, dry well between the toes and apply Athlete's Foot Treatment for optimal results.
