1. Soak feet in warm water or use after a shower to soften skin. Or use Imperial Feet Callus Softener
   
2. Use the coarse side to gently remove thick calluses or rough skin.
   
3. Switch to the fine side to smooth and polish the skin.
   
4. Rinse the file under warm water after use and allow it to air dry.
   
5. For best results, use 1–2 times per week and follow with Urea Foot Balm
